1984-1996 Jeep XJ Cherokee/Comanche cupholder for the FULL LENGTH center console only.
This is a 3D printed cupholder solution for the 84-96 XJ Cherokee and 86-92 MJ Comanche full size console. This sits nice and snug in the handbrake area of the console and requires no tools for installation or removal. This is designed to accept nearly all tumblers and cups and has a small recessed area in the bottom to keep cans centered and upright. There is also a slight taper as it goes up to fit cups with a tapered bottom. It has a slightly tiered design to allow maximum distance between the cupholders so two large cups can fit at the same time and drinks can be removed without knocking lids off. Its narrow and inline with the console to not intrude on any passengers. This cupholder works great for the older Jeeps with the window switches mounted in the console as it doesn’t cover them up!
There are 2 versions available:
Standard version – Both cupholders are the same size and fit everything up to the 20oz and 30oz tumblers. Maximum width at base of cup is about 2-7/8″ (2.886″ – 73.3mm)
Oversize version – The rear cupholder is the standard size, the front cupholder is larger to fit the large 30+oz tumblers. Maximum width at base of cup is about 3-5/16″ (3.342″ – 84.88mm)
To operate the handbrake, simply lift the cupholder up and place it on a seat or the floor.
INSTALLATION:
– Measure from the bottom of the handbrake handle well/cubby to the top of the handbrake handle near the button at the front of the handle.
– If this measures 2-1/2″ or less, simply set the cupholder in place.
– If this measures more than 2-1/2″, you may have to adjust the handbrake mechanism or the console fitment to get it to fit properly. With these being 30 year old Jeeps things have moved around or been removed and replaced so things don’t always fit like they should. These will fit perfectly if everything is adjusted properly, please send me a message with any questions.
***DISCLAIMER***
– These are printed in black PETG plastic. This plastic can start to get soft at temperatures of 190*F. Even in extreme environments this shouldn’t be an issue. PETG parts have been used in vehicles for long periods of time without Ill effects.
– This is a 3D printed part, this means not all parts will appear or fit exactly the same. It is set to print as fast as possible due to the long print times and I’m trying to keep prices low, this results in a slightly lower resolution print however I will never send a part out that doesn’t look good or function properly. I do not accept returns due to it being made to order, however If you have an issue with your part, please contact me and we can work out the issue together.

– Shipping damage must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item. After this time a return/refund will not be accepted nor will a replacement part be sent out due to shipping damage.
