Trinity Fan Controller Full Center Console Mount – for 1984-1996 Jeep XJ Cherokee & MJ Comanche

This is a 3D printed bracket to mount a Trinity Fan Controller (made by NickInTimeDesign) into the cubby hole in the front of a full-size Jeep Cherokee and Comanche center console.  This will fit both the MJ and XJ full-size console.  *This is only the mount, fan controller not included*

It is a two piece design to clamp around the fan controller and includes a cross shaped piece to allow the switch to be operated from the top.  To take it apart, simply grab the top piece with a fingernail on both sides and pull up.  It comes printed in black and has a slightly textured matte finish on top to match the console insert.  If desired, you can paint it any color, just do a light wet sand and use paint and primer designed for plastic.

It has cutouts on each side to allow the wire to pass through the mount.  You will have to drill a hole somewhere in the bottom or side of the console cubby hole to feed the wire through.  Otherwise no other tools or modifications are required to install.

It doesn’t require any adhesives and instead relies on tight tolerances to stay in place.  Out of the box it should fit snug and not make any noise going down the road.

***DISCLAIMER***

– These are printed in black PETG plastic.  This plastic can start to get soft at temperatures of 190*F.  Even in extreme environments this shouldn’t be an issue.  PETG parts have been used outdoors for long periods of time without Ill effects.

– This is a 3D printed part that accepts another 3D printed part from another source.  This means not all mounts will appear or fit exactly the same.  If you have an issue with your mount, please contact me and we can work out the issue together.

– Due to possible variances in production over the 12 years the console was produced, plus variances in the 3D printed mount and 3D printed fan controller, it’s impossible to account for everything so you may have to shim with paper if a tighter fit is desired.

– Due to this being a made to order part, no returns or refunds.  As stated above, please contact me if there are any issues.

– Shipping damage must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item.  After this time a return/refund will not be accepted nor will a replacement part be sent out due to shipping damage.
