This is a pair of 3D printed replacements of the MJ cab vent frame. This kit has 2 frames, one for each side of the truck. This is the plastic frame only, I also produce the rubber flaps and they are sold separately. The rubber flaps can be found here: ZDI Cab Vent Flap Kit
If the flaps are ordered at the same time as this frame, they will come pre-installed.

INSTALLATION – simply insert the top first and evenly and lightly press the sides and bottom inward until it pops into place.
REMOVAL – for either this frame or the factory frame, lightly pull the lower right-hand side first, then the bottom, then the lower left side. Once the three sides are loose, pull it straight down to release the top. Both the factory and this reproduction frame can be very stubborn to remove, just be patient and follow the removal steps above to properly remove them without damage. This can be done without any tools but a flat blade screwdriver can be helpful.

***DISCLAIMER***
– These are printed in black PETG plastic. This plastic can start to get soft at temperatures of 190*F. Even in extreme environments this shouldn’t be an issue. PETG parts have been used on vehicles for long periods of time without Ill effects.
